For kids who arent quite physically or mentally prepared for the full "Coach Bill Experience", this can be the perfect way to get started. Exercises are modified slightly, pace is a little slower, and the instructors arent as intense. Can also be used for kids transitioning from minis to our regular session as a way to ease them in. The expectation of 100% effort remains the same, however, as in all our other sessions, and the goal is to work them into the full session when they are ready.
