Girls Only ACL INJURY PREVENTION/SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

Brand new
this season, we will be utilizing the same program that TCNJ uses to safeguard
their female athletes against ACL injury.  Women are significantly more
likely to experience ACL injuries, due to bone structure and ligament size,
than their male counterparts.  This program is designed to lessen the
likelihood of such injuries by strengthening surrounding areas and teaching the
girls how to properly prepare their legs for training and competing.  The
2nd half of the session will focus exclusively on speed, agility, and
explosiveness.
