This is our bread and butter. COMMUNAL SUFFERING. Kids get together for one hour workout sessions. Both 1 day a week and Unlimited Flexible Training options to fit every schedule. This combination of peer competition and peer motivation bring out the best in everyone!
We focus on 5 major areas of improvement.
1) Cardiovascular Endurance - through a combination of distance runs, middle distance runs, and multiple sets of high intensity short sprints we can improve endurance.
2) Lower Body Strength - all done with body weight exercises, such as HITT workouts, we work on strength and muscle endurance in the lower body
3) Core Strength - all done with body weight exercises, such as HITT situps, planks and flutter kicks we work on strengthening the Core
4) Upper Body Strength - similar to lower body, all done with body weight exercises, such as HITT workouts, we work on strength and muscle endurance in the upper body.
5) Mental Toughness - Most important of all of these is mental toughness. No matter the level of athleticism you athlete is at, the training is designed in such a way that if they give me their best effort, I can take them to what they thought to be their limits, and then surpass them, unlocking new levels of potential.
